PandoOne

Managed IT, security and application support

One team, one point of contact, for IT operations, cybersecurity and application support. No more guessing which vendor is responsible when something breaks.

Problem statement

Growing companies often end up with a help desk vendor, a separate security tool provider, and a freelancer or agency for the website. When something goes wrong, it isn't always clear who's responsible — which only adds to the problem.

PandoOne consolidates support for these technologies so one team is accountable for the outcome, regardless of which system is involved.

Human-led, AI-assisted

PandoOne is delivered by people. Our engineers handle triage, incident response, and account and access management directly. AI-assisted monitoring helps catch issues earlier and cut through noise, but a person reviews and acts on anything that affects your systems or your team.

We work alongside whatever IT or operations resources you already have. We don't replace your people — we give them superpowers to use on your behalf.

Core service tiers

Service Desk

The service desk covers day-to-day support and operational management:

  • Support available 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with defined escalation paths for urgent issues

  • Incident management and resolution, tracked from report through to close

  • User account and access management, including onboarding and offboarding

  • IT asset and configuration tracking, so there is a current record of devices and systems in use

  • A self-service knowledge base and ticket portal

Security Baseline

Every PandoOne engagement includes the following as standard:

  • Operating system patch management across managed devices

  • Remote monitoring and management (RMM) on every endpoint

  • Endpoint detection and response (EDR), with AI-assisted analysis reviewed by our team

  • Email security configuration and multi-factor authentication enforcement

  • Ongoing endpoint monitoring and alerting

  • A baseline identity provider (IdP) assessment

Advanced Security

Clients who need coverage beyond the baseline can add the Advanced Security tier:

  • Optional Upgrade

  • DNS filtering and web protection

  • Security awareness training and phishing simulations

  • Vulnerability management with remediation tracking

  • Identity protection and risk-based access control

  • 24×7×365 managed detection and response (MDR), with alerts reviewed by our security team

  • AI-assisted email security for detecting business email compromise and vendor fraud

  • Application patch management and conditional access policies

Website and application support

For clients running a website or web application, PandoOne can also manage backups, performance monitoring, technical support, SEO monitoring and ongoing updates. This is handled by the same team already familiar with your systems, rather than a separate vendor.

Why clients choose PandoOne

Costs are set per user each month and scale with headcount. There is no hourly billing and no per-incident invoicing.

Predictable, per-user pricing

Clients get the coverage of a full internal IT and security department without directly hiring, training or managing one.

Access to a full IT and security team

Onboarding includes a discovery call and environment assessment, endpoint deployment, and an initial security baseline before ongoing support begins.

Structured onboarding

Severity levels and response-time targets are documented in the service agreement and summarized below, so expectations are clear when an issue is reported.

Defined response commitments

PandoOne is the single point of contact for issues across IT, security and web or application systems within the scope of the engagement.

One point of contact

Centralized service reduces downtime, AI augmentation improves results. More problems stopped before they happen, less challenges resolving the issues you can’t control.

Lowered costs with better performance

The table below is a reference illustration of how severity levels map to response targets. Exact definitions and SLAs are set out in the service agreement.

If you are currently working with more than one IT or security vendor and it isn't clear who is responsible when something breaks, PandoOne is built to address that.
