About The Role
We’re looking for experienced Webflow developers with WordPress experience to help us build high-quality, custom websites using today’s most modern tools and frameworks. This is a full-stack role encompassing everything from architecture and API integrations to advanced animations and QA.
You’ll work collaboratively across design, SEO, and strategy teams to bring digital experiences to life. Depending on your experience, you’ll either contribute to or lead complex builds, shape technical approaches, and mentor others.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll get to...
develop custom WordPress themes using ACF, Gutenberg, PHP, Tailwind, SASS, and Timber/Twig
convert high-fidelity Figma designs into responsive, performant front-end builds
build and maintain reusable components, templates, and backend architecture
configure CMS settings, manage databases, and integrate REST APIs
ensure accessibility, WCAG compliance, and cross-browser compatibility
optimize for performance and Core Web Vitals using Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, etc.
collaborate across PM, strategy, design, and engineering teams
review code, contribute to documentation, and actively participate in sprint planning
take ownership of quality with strong attention to detail and pride in execution
display commitment to accessibility, performance, QA, and polished execution, we value developers who write scalable, maintainable code and take ownership in delivering beautifully crafted, user-focused websites
perform other ad hoc duties related to the role as assigned
Requirements
On day one, we'll expect you to...
have at least 5 years of experience developing custom WordPress websites
have at least 2 years of experience with Webflow
be able to share at least 5 links to your sample works
have proven expertise with:
WordPress (Custom themes, ACF, Gutenberg, CPTs, template hierarchy)
Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Tailwind, JavaScript, jQuery
Development environments and Git workflows
Translating Figma files into clean, scalable code
be comfortable with:
REST API integrations (JSON, XML)
Debugging via Chrome DevTools or similar tools
QA and accessibility testing
Analytics setup (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
have strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
be willing to work in US Pacific time zone (8:00am-5:00pm PST) corresponding to 12:00am -9:00am PH time
be a current resident of the Philippines and legally able to perform work from there
What separates the best from the rest:
Timber/Twig templating engine
GSAP or other advanced animation libraries
CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, Next.js, or Nuxt.js
Experience with Headless CMSs (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Strapi)
Familiarity with platforms like Webflow, WooCommerce, Shopify, Drupal, Joomla
Knowledge of SEO best practices, automated QA tools, and performance benchmarking
