2025: A Mosaic of Moments

2025 has been a transformative year for Pandoblox and 3GC Group.

The year has brought about some significant challenges, developments, and milestones that have helped shape the company in many ways. 

As we end 2025, we look back at some of these significant milestones and how our teams have helped us achieve them.

Business and Development

Service Repositioning

2025 saw the launch of PandobloxONE, a Request Management Platform and Service Desk that supports ITSM, Security, and Data/Themis as an all-in-one Managed Services Engagement. Its goal is to unify IT, cybersecurity, data ops, and enterprise app support in a single platform that would replace fragmented vendors, especially for growing companies.

Apart from being a revolutionary solution, Pandoblox ONE represented a repositioning of the services it offers, built upon years of experience in delivering service-driven IT support, enterprise-grade security operations, scalable data management, and mission-critical application services.

3GC Group and Pandoblox Merger

3GC Group and Pandoblox have finally been brought together under a single corporate umbrella. This milestone represents a new era in which the companies will be better poised to deliver services such as PandobloxONE to our clients more efficiently. This also helps put the company in a better position to take on the challenges of the AI industrial revolution and be at while remaining to be in the forefront in providing valuable  IT solutions.

Sales Team Expansion

Critical to the company's success this year is the Sales team, which received a significant boost during this period. The addition of Kyle Millar-Corliss as VP of Business Development, Brent Platt as Senior Account Executive, and Shyra Aquino as Sales Admin have been instrumental in crafting focused campaigns promoting the company and its services, specifically through social media channels such as LinkedIn and the various webinars that have been held throughout the year.

Hiring of Various Developers

Throughout the year, the company has hired multiple developers who have been invaluable contributors in effectively delivering IT service solutions and projects, including its groundbreaking Themis and Pandoblox ONE to an ever-growing client base.

From recruiting Full Stack developers and Sr. Wordpress developers, the search had expanded to various technologies for both client and internal development needs.  Amongst these are:

Technology and Innovation

Data Service Desk

2025 saw the launch of our Data Service Desk solution, a unique service that handles both troubleshooting (support) and feature enhancements (service) in a single platform.  This means clients can make various requests that range from password resets to adding a new dashboard without having to contact different teams or use different systems. 

Having a single system and team to handle service requests has provided convenience and cost savings to our clients and has positioned the company as an innovative technology solutions provider. 

Themis Platform Growth

Themis, our fully-managed data platform that connects, normalizes, and visualizes business data as a single source of truth, has grown significantly this year in terms of both user base and capabilities. With its AI-ready foundation, Themis has improved on its ability to clean and organize data, thus enabling capabilities such as natural language querying, anomaly detection, and predictive and prescriptive analytics. It has also introduced an AI Data Readiness Assessment, a structured process to evaluate an organization’s data quality, integration, and readiness for AI adoption.

People and Culture

PH Team Building

For team members based in the Philippines, the company held its annual team building in Nasugbu, Batangas back in June with the theme “Beyond Borders, Uniting Teams, Empowering Growth”. It was an opportunity to step outside the virtual space, build relationships in person, and reflect on how to better work together across distances as the event helped reinforce the company’s core values throughout the organization.

This event was particularly special as it marked the first time CEO, Henry Park, joined the PH team. It was a reminder that team building isn’t just an event but an investment in how we grow and connect.

Get-togethers

The company has also organized some meet-up events for team members based in the US. While these were informal in nature, the events helped strengthen relationships between the members as they work in a remote tech environment. These events provide an opportunity to strengthen collaboration and camaraderie between management and employees.

The company also made efforts to strengthen bonds in other ways outside of work. Virtually, there are the weekly “Drinking Bone” sessions that happen every Friday where team members talk about random stuff and the monthly “Tasty Tuesday” events where members play fun games and, if lucky, get to win some prizes as well. In the real world, team members organize various events such as dinners and karaoke nights. 

Company Christmas Party

Having team members based in different parts of the world, means that the company makes an extra effort to organize a company-wide Christmas party every year. This year’s party is another festive occasion as team members put on their best hats (literally) for Hat-Tastic Holiday for the chance to win prizes for being the most festive, most creative, and funniest hats. Games were also played as well, including a hat-ty spin on the classic bingo game, with some prizes at stake as well.

Looking Forward to 2026

With 2025 now behind us, it is time for us to look forward to the New Year with hope and determination to continue delivering quality products and services to our clients with the support of our talented team.
