Sr. Web Developer - PH

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our dev team. You thrive building beautiful, high-performing websites and digital experiences for top-tier brands. You can lead multiple projects, mentor other developers, and communicate clearly with clients while still getting deep in the code when needed.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll get to...

• lead development of WordPress using ACF, custom blocks, Twig templating, custom post types, and block-based themes, with performance, accessibility, SEO, and high-quality execution built in

• build projects with headless CMS platforms like Contentful, Storyblok, or WordPress as a headless backend, leveraging REST API or GraphQL, and using frontend frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js with headless architectures

• create pixel-perfect, fully functioning frontends using Tailwind CSS, GSAP , and other modern frontend technologies, ensuring responsive, interactive, and high-performance experiences

• integrate backend systems, APIs, CRMs, marketing automation (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, careers platforms), AI tools, and eCommerce solutions

• own CI/CD workflows and deploy sites across Vercel, Netlify, AWS, Kinsta, and WP Engine, including edge/CDN optimizations

• serve as a primary technical point of contact for internal teams (PM, design, SEO) and clients, translating complex ideas into clear recommendations

• mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across multiple projects

• collaborate using Figma, Slack, Teamwork, and Pastel to bring designs to life efficiently

• perform other ad hoc duties related to the role as assigned

Requirements

On day one, we'll expect you to...

• have 7+ years of web development experience, ideally in agency environments

• have strong full-stack expertise, comfortable with both frontend and backend

• have deep knowledge of modern WordPress, headless CMS, Next.js or Nuxt.js, Tailwind, GSAP, CI/CD, deployments, and integrations

• have proven experience leading multiple projects and teams, with excellent client-facing communication

• have hands-on experience with API integrations, marketing automation, AI tools, eCommerce, SEO, security, and DevOps

• be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of translating technical decisions into actionable solutions

• be open to part-time to fulltime opportunity

• have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties

• be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer

• be willing to work in US Pacific time zone (8:00am-5:00pm PST) corresponding to 12:00am -9:00am PH time

• be a current resident of the Philippines and legally able to perform work from there

• advanced GSAP/ animations experience

• mentorship, client management, and cross-team collaboration experience

• experience optimizing performance, accessibility, SEO, security, and DevOps at scale

• Edge and CDN strategy experience for modern web projects
