About The Role
The ServiceNow Developer will support ongoing ServiceNow continuous improvement projects of existing ServiceNow implementation for an enterprise. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to client needs and support the implementation of the ServiceNow roadmap. The ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements from external stakeholders while working with the team to build upon the existing ServiceNow foundation.

develop ServiceNow custom applications using a declarative app engine
provide expert configuration of ServiceNow through the systems development lifecycle
provide unit testing of implementation
support development in Agile framework
support requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors
provide subject matter expertise for ServiceNow for the enterprise
perform other duties assigned related to the role
Requirements
On day one, we'll expect you to...
have 3+ years of IT service operations experience with a minimum of 1+ years as a ServiceNow Developer at a large company
have 2+ years of relevant experience with implementing ServiceNow solutions
have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling materials for technical and executive audiences
be experienced with planning solutions focused on low code/no code implementations while minimizing customizations
be experienced in planning and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, guiding developers or engineers, and providing alternative analysis and recommendations
be well versed in designing and developing solutions with SaaS solutions such as ServiceNow in an Agile Software Development environment
have recent experience with private and public cloud concepts
have strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
have demonstrated success leading medium-to-large-scale service management initiatives/transformations
be able to demonstrate strong executive presence and strategic thinking skills
be able to evaluate and communicate operational metrics and issues to leadership
have a thorough understanding of the interdependence of systems and their impact on the business.
have end-to-end infrastructure lifecycle experience from “chip to chiller” inclusive of servers, storage, data centers, databases, middleware, and web/application environments
have proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
have demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide, and influence appropriate courses of action
Ability to understand and communicate the lifecycle of technologies and applications and to translate them into business strategies for client organizations
have experience in working with multi-vendor development environment
have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
be able to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls, and leading in a managed service environment
have experience working with ServiceNow platform for global customers
be a certified ServiceNow System Administrator or as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer
be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
be willing to work in US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PST which corresponds to 12am-9am PH time, if not DST)
