About The Role
The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer is responsible in helping to build, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding ServiceNow tenant. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams developing and deploying enterprise business solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll get to
Configuration and customization of the ServiceNow system
Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow tenants
Maintain and support ServiceNow operational functions, including day-to-day administration and bug fixes
Develop software solutions as required using Agile principles and Scrum framework
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the platform; patch and upgrade as necessary
Collaborate on small-to-medium scale projects with minimal supervision
Perform root cause analysis and remediation for integration, system, reporting, and data issues
Development of reports, dashboards, critical metrics, and SLAs to drive business optimization and goals
Perform other duties related to the role
Requirements
On day one, we'll expect you to
Have bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience, education, and certification
Possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in an appropriate technical field or comparable experience (4 years)
Have experience as a System Administrator of a service management application, preferably ServiceNow (2 or more years)
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Have the ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, analyze and examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions
Have experience (1-2 years) with scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, or SSH
Have web service experience (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge
Have experience integrating (ideally using IntegrationHub and Flows) with other enterprise platforms such as Jira, Workday, Salesforce, and Workfront
Have previous configuration and understanding of use cases, components, and architecture of Performance Analytics product recommended
Possess ITIL knowledge with the ability to relate concepts to implementation strategies
Have experience with ITOM products (Discovery, MID server, CMDB, Event Management)
Have excellent organizational, communication, critical thinking, & analytical skills
Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
Be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
Be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
Be willing to work in US Pacific Time (8:00am-5:00pm PST) corresponding to 00:00am -9:00am PH time
