Service Fleet Asset Manager - PH

About The Role
The Asset Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of bare metal machines in the Multiplay estate. They will manage the fleet from a programmatic perspective and work to ensure our databases contain an accurate record of machines in service and machines coming into and out of the fleet. They will support billing / invoicing / reconciliation activities and define new processes and tool requirements to support improvement of these processes. They will take an active role in determining a long term asset management process and the tools and processes needed to support this process.
Responsibilities

Day-To-Day Activities
watch Kanban board (Airtable) for new requests
follow procedures for Orders, Cancellations, and Quotes
do more of a role activity than sitting at a desk 8 hrs/day
perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of Multiplay’s Bare Metal Machine fleet
track company assets within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) throughout their lifecycle and ensure that the content contained is accurate
provide KPI/Metric information and standardized reporting on a scheduled basis
establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management
collaborate with IT teams to determine trends in asset performance and ensure it is aligned with industry bet practices
perform monthly reconciliation activities to support invoicing, billing and to ensure the fleet is properly tracked
collaborate with Procurement, Provisioning and Sales Ops teams to track machines entering and exiting the fleet
define processes and tools in support of Asset Management activities
assist in selection or development of a new Asset Management tool
assist in developments of automations to improve fleet tracking and Moves / Adds / Changes
take part in other ITSM processes, or as required perform as a backup to maintain operational activities
do other duties and tasks not documented here yet aligned with this role as it grows and evolves
Requirements

have strong knowledge of various IT software and hardware products as well as previous experience working as an IT asset analyst
have previous experience working with a CMDB and knowledge of the specific business services that it supports
have proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully
have vendor management experience
have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills
have Data Analysis / Excel / G-Sheets experience
have a keen eye for detail
have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
be willing a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
be willing to work in US Pacific time zone (8:00am-5:00pm PST which corresponds to 12:00am -9:00am PH time, if not DST)
