About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our project team. The main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, conceptualizing solutions, creating presentations, and generating reports. To succeed in this role you should have an analytical nature, the ability to communicate well with stakeholders, and can explain difficult concepts to technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, discover areas for improvement, develop optimization strategies and implement solutions and procedures.

Perform requirements analysis.

Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Perform user acceptance testing, as applicable.

Document and effectively communicate the results of efforts, from start to end of the process. This means conveying it across multi-functional team members and management.

Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce strategic project plans and useful reports.

Manage and prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Act as a liaison between business departments, stakeholders, and users.

Other related tasks that might be assigned.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen or Permitted to work in the USA

  • Currently residing in Southern California

  • A minimum of 7 year's experience in business analysis or a related field.

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s business degree (or related field) or an MBA.

  • Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.

  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

  • Great documentation skills.

  • Experienced in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

  • Competency in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pages, Numbers or KeyNote.

  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

  • Knowledge and experience in the IT Industry is a plus, especially in Master Data Management.

  • Experience in Enterprise Systems integration between ERP, CRM, and Human Capital Management is another plus.
