About the Role:

Seeking a business minded NetSuite Admin/Trainer who will work closely with key business and technology stakeholders to improve their NetSuite platform and sustain existing integrations. This  person will also provide comprehensive instructional programs to ensure our clients, partners, and employees know how to achieve the highest level of success through utilization of the NetSuite tools on hand. For the role, this is 70% Administrator and 30% Trainor.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the technical point of contact for NetSuite and provide support for NetSuite users

  • Design and implement solutions in NetSuite modules according to business and stakeholder requirements from various departments

  • Architect, design, build and deliver NetSuite solutions for optimizing the usability and functionality of the system including customization and configuration (via Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Cloud)

  • Maintain user roles/access and assign appropriate permissions/levels of access

  • Build / maintain forms

  • Collaborate with the NetSuite Team to assess training needs, develop custom agendas and materials (written and e-learning tutorials), and deliver quality training to ensure optimal user adoption

  • Learn all relevant aspects of current and new product rollouts to ensure ongoing improvement of product knowledge, training, presentation skills, and technical knowledge

  • Partner with Project Managers and Functional Consultants to develop and deliver user adoption and training plans for client implementations

  • Mentor others on delivery strategies and internal process related to job ownership and execution of the training

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Chinese Language (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fookien)

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience with NetSuite administration/development, NetSuite Admin certified preferred

  • Ability to understand high-level business/operational requirements and write solutions that are appropriate for them

  • Ability to be facilitate with help desk issues such as lockouts and troubleshooting

  • Must be able to handle high end-tasks like data scrubbing, pulling reports, etc.

  • Experience in core NetSuite modules: Record to Report, Design to Build, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Asset Management, and Suite Analytics

  • Experience with ERP system modules including financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Projects, foreign currency, EFT, multi-subsidiary accounting, inventory, order fulfillment, etc.)

  • Have extensive experience with NetSuite customization, building advanced workflows, saved searches and reports

  • Strong presentation, training, group facilitation skills using methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences

  • Excellent written and verbal skills that can be applied to documentation development, training delivery, and communication

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements, changing situations and learn new technologies

  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
