About the Role:
The ideal solution architect will have extensive experience in the design, construction and implementation of various HCM software solutions. They must have experience working in a company with a global workforce. This role is a hands-on role that can be pivot between the business and technical teams and work with our PMO to promote technology deployment.
Specify technical solutions for complex data migrations as well as archiving strategies.
Design data controls to support regulatory compliance e.g. HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, OSHA, etc.
Work with Boomi Integration Engineers to develop and deploy API (RESTful) interfaces.
Work with Data Engineers on the Master Data Management initiative for HCM master data.
Work with HR SMEs to identify global/local solutions for integrated business processes.
Collaborate with BAs and BP Engineers to design HR solution from business processes.
Develop trade-off studies and comparative analysis using metric based approaches.
Support Solution Engineers in the implementation and testing of configuration settings.
Perform GAP analysis, identify solution options that identify enhancements and extensions.
Conduct RCAs to Failure Analysis to determine cause of application errors and failures.
Work with technology teams to optimize cloud-based solutions through application modeling.
Act as a mentor for other team members to enhance opportunities within the IT organization.
Collaborate on cutover, go-live, post-production support plans for HCM applications.
Educate & train end users and technical staff on use of standard and custom functionality.
7+ years of strong functional and technical experience in system design and implementation
5+ years of cloud-based software implementation including multi-cloud environments
2 or more HCM full life-cycle implementation projects
2 or more HCM upgrades or enhancement projects
Knowledge of or experience with using architecture modeling tools in designing solutions
Knowledge of or experience with project management and systems engineering methods
